Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to give us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support.
We will never share your personal or financial information with any other party.
We do not share bank or credit card information with any outside parties.
We honor that for most people, coming to class is taking a break from everything and needing some “adult time”. We offer Kids series as a way of having children being a part of our Movement Lab community.
All other classes are for adults only unless each teacher says otherwise. Please double check directly with them about it.
Must be 18 and up for Jumping Fitness Classes. Participants ages 15 – 17 years old can attend if accompanied by an adult. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Payment for classes is always due at the time service is rendered. We will not hold checks or accept postdated checks.
The auto-draft contract Recurring Month Unlimited pass is a 3-month minimum commitment.
30 days notice to cancel is required. IMPORTANT: This notice must be 30 days prior to the expiration date of the current term. Otherwise the recurring auto-billing contract will continue indefinitely.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to give official 30 days notice to cancel.
If you would need to cancel within the 3-month minimum commitment you are still responsible for the full payment until the 3 months have been completed. Your bank account, debit card, or credit card used at the point of purchase will be auto-drafted each month on the same calendar date as the original purchase date. (For example, if you purchase on the 1st, your account will be drafted automatically each proceeding month on the 1st).
Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable.
Class Passes are non refundable, non sharable, and non transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Always check your expiration date before and after your purchase.
Class passes can only be used for regular scheduled classes excluding special workshops, series or teacher training/development programs.
We require cancellation to be done 5 hours prior to the class or you will be charged $10 for late cancellation and no-shows.
A workshop/series/program deposit (if applicable to the program) and program tuition payment is required in full the first day of class, unless there is a specific payment plan offered and selected for the workshop/series/program that is being offered.
If you select the payment plan option (if applicable to the workshop/series/program you are participating in), the deposit (if applicable) plus the first installment is due on the FIRST DAY OF CLASS.
Registration can be completed over the phone or online.
If you cancel 7 days prior to the workshop/series/program start date, you will be issued a refund minus a 10% workshop admin fee.
No refunds, no transfers and no credits for cancellations within 7 days of workshop start date.
In addition, no refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete workshop.
Teacher is allowed to cancel 4 days prior to any event if they don’t reach the minimum registered participants required.
Application fees and/or deposit fees -when applicable- are non-refundable under any circumstances.
After payment has been received if a request for cancellation is given with 7 days before training starts, you will receive a full refund minus a 25% for administrative and processing fees.
Private Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or student will be charged for the full rate of the session.
On some occasions it becomes necessary to close the studio due to inclement weather.
Please consult the website, Facebook and Twitter, online scheduler announcement bar and email for weather cancellations.
All paid wellness appointments are non-refundable.
Cancelations done 24 hours prior to the appointment can be re-booked.
Cancelations done in less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will not be re-booked.

We encourage you to try on the clothes before purchasing.
You can receive full Credit if you return within 7 days. Tags MUST attached and clothes MUST show no signs of wear.
Gift Cards are not refundable and non returnable. If purchased for a specific pass, they can not be used as cash.
Movement Lab will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances.
Please refrain from bringing valuables into the studio.
The studio provides a Lost and Found box for items students may leave behind. On the first day of each month these items, including yoga mats, will be removed and donated or disposed of.
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before any class starts. If you are late for a Jumping class, your spot will be given to a stand-by student unless you call the studio and let us know you are on your way.
For all AntiGravity Fitness® classes, doors will be closed 5 minutes before class starts and students will not be allowed in the room.
