Noelle Tolbert

Food Lover / Dancer / Performance Artist / Beach Bum / Enthusiast / Sassy / Funny / Spiritual / Fearless / Sister / Dance Educator / Traveler / Choreographer / Director / Philadelphia Native

As a dancer and educator, there is only one goal which is to create. I believe that confidence, independence, and strength are endured by keeping an open channel within ourselves to be creative. Each dance move has a meaning, I connect with students to bring awareness to their bodies while uncovering or carving what physically exists. As the Dance Director of the Chesapeake Arts Center in Brooklyn Park, MD not only have I provide a platform for children and adults to enhance their performance skills through various styles of dance and technique, but realize that joy comes in so may different forms.

Cynthia Chavez

Dancer / Teacher / Constant Learner / Dance Leader / Social Entrepreneur / Co-Founder / Middle Child / Grew Up in Alaska / Fisherwoman / Food Lover / Beach Enthusiast / Volleyball Player / Zumba and Jumping Fitness Instructor

Dance is where I find my voice and my power.  I believe that dance allows people to better express themselves and elevate expectations within themselves to become successful community members that can achieve greatness. Through movement, whether it is through Hip-Hop dance, Zumba, or Jumping Fitness, I hope to not only help people recognize their full potential and self-worth, but also to foster positive relationships that strengthen communities.

Elyza Dolby

Soul Seeker / Sun Chaser / Firey Aires / Vata-Pitta / Big sister / Connector / LOUD / Proud owner & mother to a fluffy, four-legged Beamer / Yoga Instructor by land [vinyasa] and sea [FloYo] / Yin Yoga Lover / Meditation Novice / Lifetime Learner / Hope(ful) Romantic

I was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and somewhere in between the corn fields and chicken houses, I began uncovering my love of all things yoga… the asana, the breath work, the presence, the energy. Though I ignored the lessons for years and chose a path of self-destruction instead, I continually came back to the practice, and finally found healing on my mat. Through yoga, meditation, laughter (and maybe a few tears), I hope to share my story so that others may be able to begin to recognize their own healing journey.

Heather "Radha" Leah Huddleston

Writer / Lover of Story / Dancer / Intuitive and Empath / Big Dream Believer / Deep Listener / Loyal Friend / Courageous Healer / Love-Light Being / Idealist / Fiery, Passionate Aries / Nia Convert and Teacher / Yogi and RYT-200 / Mother of Fur-babies Shanti and Ajna / Partner to Pierre / Water, Nature and Animal Whisperer / Music Lover (Mostly Heavy Metal!)

Our bodies are reflections of the stories we tell ourselves, and every person has a right to own and share their stories. With creative movement those stories can be expressed and shifted into ones of our own creation–who we want to become and the lives we want to create. I encourage my students to be raw, real, open, and as goofy as they want to be in all of my classes.

Isabel Gallus

Lover of the Arts/Musician/Anti-Gravity Teacher/ Aspiring Physical Therapist/ Fire Tribe / Aerial Nation

I grew up moving in the dance studios of Washington, D.C. from the Washington School of Ballet to DC Dance Collective. After studying humanities and performance arts in Sarasota, Florida, I returned to my home place. In Baltimore, I continue to study as a chiropractors’ assistant and a student of anti-gravity. I discovered Anti-Gravity Fitness as a method for healing my physical injuries and invoking the mind-body connection. The combination of ancient yoga techniques with aerial arts is a beautiful and therapeutic way to move and express ourselves. Anti-Gravity teaches us a multi-faceted way to practice dance, therapy, yoga, and performance arts. Lets get ready for the show! Its time to rock-and-roll!

David Martin

In my classes, there is one intention I always have that is paramount. I aim to offer people an experience of themselves and their consciousness through my work in using the gong as not only an instrument but also as a tool. It is my deepest passion to offer the listener a moment to step out of time and into the timelessness of soothing sound current that works as a nurturing guide taking us deep within ourselves to state of great rest and release from pain, tension and stress. I wish that they leave my class with a deeper sense of their infinite self and a feeling of total radiance.
